The 360° loop, step by step
Every 360beestbuy order — whether it's one hoodie or a forty-item haul — travels the same loop: find, buy, QC, store, ship, land. Learn it once and every future order feels obvious. This page is the long version; the home page has the short one.
Find the item on the hub
Start on the discovery hub, not the agent site. Open a category or type a keyword to see finds shoppers have already collected. When you find something, copy its product link (a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 URL). The hub is where you browse; 360beestbuy is where you buy.
Paste the link into 360beestbuy
Sign in on 360beestbuy.com, paste the product link, and set the details that matter: size, colour, quantity, and any note to the seller. The team places the order with the Chinese seller on your behalf. Double-check the variant here — most "wrong item" problems start with a mis-picked size or colour at this step.
Pay the item cost up front
You pay for the product (and its domestic China shipping to the warehouse) when you order. This is only part of your total — international shipping is charged later, once the item is weighed and you pick a route. Keeping these two payments separate is normal for agents; see the Fees page for the full breakdown.
The seller ships to the hive
The seller sends your item to the 360beestbuy warehouse in China, not to your home. Purchasing and domestic delivery take time and vary by seller, so treat any "days" estimate as a rough guide, not a promise. You'll see the item appear in your account when it arrives.
Read your QC photos
When the item lands, the warehouse photographs it and flags obvious defects. Look at colour, stitching, size tags and anything you were unsure about. QC photos are your best chance to catch a problem before you pay to ship it abroad. Learn what to look for on the QC & shipping page.
Let the haul rest — up to 300 days
You don't have to ship straight away. With up to 300 days of free storage, items can wait in the hive while you add more finds. This is the core money-saver: the more you combine, the less you usually pay per item in shipping. The Storage page turns this into a simple plan.
Combine everything into one parcel
When you're ready, submit your items for a single consolidated parcel. The warehouse can remove bulky boxes to cut volumetric weight. Optional services (extra padding, bundling, more photos) may be offered — pick what your items actually need rather than everything on the list.
Pick a shipping line and pay international
Now you choose a shipping line to your country and pay international shipping, priced on weight, size and route. Faster lines cost more; economy lines take longer. Your country's customs rules and any duties are part of this decision — don't pick purely on the headline price.
Follow the parcel to your door
You get a tracking number and can follow the parcel as it leaves China, clears customs, and reaches local delivery. Delivery windows vary by line and season, so give economy routes room to breathe before worrying.
Save everything, then repeat
Keep your order screenshots, QC photos and tracking until the parcel is safely in hand — they make any after-sales conversation far easier. Then the loop resets: your next find is one paste away.
